What is an ATS and why does it matter?
An applicant tracking system stores applications and lets recruiters search and filter them. If it cannot read your resume’s text correctly, your experience may not show up when a recruiter searches for the skills you have.
Is there such a thing as an ATS score?
Different systems parse and rank differently, and no outside tool sees what a particular employer’s system does. We do not quote a pass rate; we tell you what the file contains and how it is structured.
Are two-column resumes bad for ATS?

Should I use keywords from the job description?
