Experience

Product Manager · Billing

  • Owned the pricing roadmap for a B2B SaaS billing product, running experiments with Finance on packaging and plan limits.
  • Shipped quarterly releases with a cross-functional squad of eight; wrote the specs and the stakeholder updates.
  • Pulled my own SQL in Looker to size experiments and report results.

What one tailoring pass changes. The words in the posting that are true of you, in the posting's spelling.

01 — How it works

Three steps, then it is just the postings.

  1. 01

Bring in the resume you already have.

Drop in the PDF or paste the text. It becomes the master every version is built from, so there is nothing to retype.
  2. 02

    Paste the posting.

A link or the text of the advert. About two minutes later you have a resume written against it and a cover letter for that company, both linked to the job they were written for.

  3. 03

Read it, send it, keep track.

Nothing goes out unless you send it. The Search home holds every application, the follow-up that is due and the interview when it comes.

02 — What it does

Built for a search, not for one resume.

One master resume, then a version for every posting you care about — and the rest of the search kept next to it.

  1. 01

Written for the posting, not for a template.

Paste a link or the advert text. You get a version of your resume written against that posting — the employer’s words where they are true of you, the rest dropped — and it stays linked to the job it was written for.

  2. 02

    Edit by talking.

Ask for a change in plain words and watch the page update as you type. It knows the posting you are aiming at and the profile you built, so “make the second role sound more senior” works without a form.

YouMake the second role sound more senior.

Resume MasterRewritten. The second role now leads with the decisions you made.

  3. 03

A cover letter for that company.

Written from the same posting and the same profile, so it reads like you wrote it for them — because it was written for them.
  4. 04

    Applications prepped, not just resumes.

When a match comes in from the job pool it arrives with a fitted resume and a cover letter already written. You read it and approve it, and it goes out from your own email with your name on it. Nothing is sent that you have not seen.

    Approve → sent from you@…

  5. 05

Your whole search in one place.

Applications out, follow-ups due, interviews ahead. Every tailored resume sits next to the posting it belongs to, so nothing gets dropped.
  6. 06

Thirty-two templates and a PDF that parses.

Standard headings, real text, no columns or tables a reader drops. The keyword match on the page is computed from the posting, not guessed.

07 — Questions

Common questions.

What is free?
Three resumes and three cover letters, every template, and PDF export. A free account also has enough AI to improve the resume you bring in and tailor it to one real posting, so you see the whole thing work before you pay.
Is there a free trial?
There is no timed trial. What a free account can do, it can do for as long as you like; Premium is what removes the limit on how many postings you can tailor for.
Is it the same price on the phone?
Yes. Premium costs the same on the web, on iOS and on Android — the app store fee is absorbed, not passed on.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from billing in your account. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Does it apply for me?
No. It preps the application: a resume fitted to that posting, a cover letter for that company, and the posting it belongs to. You read it, approve it, and it is sent from your own email. Nothing is sent that you have not approved.
Does it work with ATS?
The exports use standard headings and fonts and avoid the tables and multi-column layouts parsers drop, so an applicant tracking system reads them as text rather than a picture. Anyone quoting you a pass rate is guessing; we would rather tell you what the file does.
Which formats can I export?
PDF, print-ready, on any of the templates.
