These terms are the agreement between you and Resume Master for the Resume Master website and web app, the Resume Master mobile apps for iOS and Android, and the Resume Master Job Importer browser extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own job search. You may not resell it, copy or reverse-engineer it, scrape it, attempt to breach its security, upload malicious content, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your resumes, cover letters, profile details and everything else you put in remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the Service for you — including sending the text you ask the AI assistant to work on to our AI model provider. We do not sell your content and we do not use your resumes to train AI models. The Privacy Policy says exactly what we collect and who sees it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send to employers. AI-written text can be wrong: read every resume and cover letter before you use it.
Resume Master is free to use within a limited allowance. Resume Master Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that lifts those limits. It is offered in two lengths:
The price of each is shown, in your currency, on the purchase screen before you confirm. There is no time-based free trial.
The Service — its software, templates, design and name — belongs to Resume Master. Documents you export from a template are yours to use freely; the templates themselves remain ours. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the Service.
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently or unlawfully, or puts the Service or other people at risk.
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise that using it will get you an interview or a job.
To the extent the law allows, Resume Master is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost data or a lost opportunity — and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to cover claims brought against us that arise from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Service.
These terms are between you and Resume Master, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to maintain or support it, and is not responsible for any claim relating to it — including product-liability, consumer-protection or intellectual-property claims. If the app fails to conform to a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Your use of the app must comply with the App Store Terms of Service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and are not on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so here, update the date at the top, and tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosova. If one part is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
